The location was quiet - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The place was located in a quiet street. We had the double room and it was comfortable and complete with good breakfast, all the comforts, for example. The breakfast was rich, featured a huge variety of meals.
Even though everything was superb, some of the staff were a bit rude.

Location: the hotel was next to city center by tram as well as the tram into town. I tried some drinks at bar The Lord High Admiral, located 10 minutes walk away:)))

The rooms at Bed And Breakfast Mentari are cozy and comfortable, with a homey atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and at ease. The private bathrooms with walk-in showers were a nice touch, providing a sense of luxury and convenience. I loved having access to a common room with a kitchen, it made it feel like I had my own little apartment. The fully equipped kitchen in each unit was a game-changer, allowing me to cook my own meals and save money on dining out. The flat-screen TV and internet access in the rooms kept me entertained and connected throughout my stay. I really enjoyed the view from my double room, it added an extra touch of beauty to my mornings.
Personally, I found the electric kettle in the double room a bit outdated, but others might still find it useful.

We booked both rooms and had a blast. The kitchen was clutch for late-night snacks, and the sitting area was perf for chillin' with our squad. The breakfast spread was fire, with fresh bakery treats and all the delish stuff. Only 20 mins to Ghent, and we found this sick Greek joint nearby. Shoutout to the hosts for hooking us up with an indoor playground for pre-city shenanigans. They were mad cool and down for all our Qs. No doubt, we'll stay here again!
The only thing missing was a lit common area where we could have a pre-game before hitting the town. A place where we could crank up the tunes and vibe with other young peeps would've been on point.

Super clean and well-maintained B&B in a quiet residential area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful - always available to answer questions. The location is great - with a tram stop nearby for easy access to the city center. The breakfast was delicious - with fresh bread from the bakery and a good variety of options. a top-notch experience.
100% Recommend.

It was the perfect place for them to burn off some energy and have fun before exploring Ghent. The hosts were also very helpful in providing recommendations for kid-friendly activities. We would definitely come back!
My kids wished the breakfast had more variety for them.
